About SPACE 2026
The First International Conference on Signal Processing, Automation, and Communication in Emerging Technology
(SPACE) is a prestigious global forum aimed at fostering collaboration and innovation among researchers,
academicians, industry professionals, and students in the fields of signal processing, automation,
communication systems, and emerging technologies. Organized by the Departments of Electronics and
Communication Engineering (ECE), this SPACE conference serves as a vital platform to discuss the latest
advancements, research trends, and real-world challenges in designing intelligent, efficient, and
sustainable engineering systems. SPACE emphasizes the importance of integrating advanced signal
processing
techniques, automation strategies, and communication frameworks to meet the evolving demands of smart
industries, healthcare systems, transportation, and IoT-enabled environments. It provides an excellent
opportunity for delegates to exchange ideas, share findings, and explore new collaborations across
academia,
research organizations, and industries. Through this conference, participants will gain exposure to
groundbreaking concepts in artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, 5G/6G communication,
embedded systems, and signal analytics, bridging the gap between theory and practical implementation.
The
event also encourages students and young researchers to showcase their innovations and explore
opportunities
for joint research and publication. SPACE ultimately aims to create a dynamic ecosystem that supports
knowledge sharing, technological advancement, and sustainable innovation to shape the future of
communication and automation systems in a rapidly evolving digital world.

Article Submission Guidelines
Important Points to be Considered for Preparing Your Paper
- The paper must represent original and unpublished research and should be written entirely in
American English, avoiding a mix of both styles.
- Papers should be submitted in .docx, or LaTeX file format.
- A single author should be designated as the Corresponding Author for all official communications
regarding the paper. The total number of authors per paper should not exceed six.
- Affiliation details or acknowledgements should generally be omitted from the main text. If
necessary, include them at the end of the paper, just before the references.
- All figures, tables, and illustrations must be clearly numbered and of sufficient quality for
publication purposes.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring the paper is thoroughly checked for grammatical, typographical,
and formatting errors before submission. Papers with poor language quality may be rejected.
Paper Formatting
- Submitted articles may be reviewed and edited for clarity, grammar, and consistency, and will be
adjusted to align with the conference’s paper style.
- Papers should be typed in Times New Roman font, with single line spacing and justified alignment,
following the recommended template.
- Each paper must include a structured abstract containing the following parts: Introduction,
Methodology, Analysis, Results, and Conclusion.
- When submitting, each paper should be organized into the following sections:
- Abstract
- Background, Motivation, and Objectives
- Statement of Contributions / Methodology
- Results, Discussion, and Conclusions
- Future Research Directions
Please note that a .docx and LaTex template is available to guide the authors in formatting their papers.
All papers must comply with the template. Also note that, the SPACE Paper Template is a blank Word file,
wherein it includes the pre-prepared styles for headings etc.
Review Process
- To ensure high scientific quality, all papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee Members.
- Once the reviewing process is complete, the corresponding author of each paper will be notified of
the acceptance/revision/rejection by e-mail. The authors are required to follow the reviews in order
to improve their paper before their final submission.
Notification of Acceptance or Rejection
- On or before the specified date, the organizing committee will inform the corresponding author about
the acceptance or rejection of their paper for inclusion in the conference program. For accepted
papers, authors are encouraged to revise and update their manuscripts according to the suggestions
provided by the reviewers.
- Rejection may occur for different reasons, such as being out of scope or having a high
similarity/plagiarism score. Once a paper is rejected by the conference committee, it will not be
reconsidered for this conference. Authors of rejected papers are advised not to submit the same
paper again.
Academic Ethics and Conference Policy
Authors are expected to adhere to the following guidelines before submitting their papers. In the event
of any dispute during peer review, acceptance, or after publication, if the authors fail to provide a
satisfactory explanation, we reserve the right to withdraw the submission from the review and
publication process.
Plagiarism
- Plagiarism, image manipulation, and data fabrication are not tolerated.
- Plagiarism includes copying research ideas, text, images, or data from another source/research
literature, even from the author’s own publications without giving any credit to the original
source.
- Text copied from another source must be reused within quotations, and the original source must be
referenced. If the design of research, or the structure or language of the publication, was inspired
by previous research, the corresponding works must be explicitly cited.
- If plagiarism is detected during the peer review process, the manuscript will be rejected. If
plagiarism is detected after publication, we will retract the paper.
Copyright
- As an author/editor of a work, you may be responsible for overseeing the inclusion of third-party
content. By ‘third party content’ we mean any work that you have not created yourself and which you
have reproduced or adapted from other sources.
- Authors remain fully responsible for ensuring that they have obtained, documented and paid for (when
applicable), all necessary rights to use third party content in their works. If authors chose to
reuse third party content from a previous edition of their work, they are also responsible for
ensuring they obtained permission from the third party for new editions.
Publication
Details about the conference proceedings, indexing, and publication partners will be provided here.
Accepted papers will be published in [Journal Name/Conference Proceedings] and indexed in [Indexing
Databases].

Review Policy
Submission Guidelines
- Authors must ensure that their research work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration
for publication elsewhere at the time of submission.
- All papers should be submitted through the Microsoftcmd system.
- The plagiarism level must be below 20%, with any single source contributing no more than 5%.
Compliance with these limits is mandatory for the submission process.
- Authors are fully responsible for the originality of their work. From the time of submission until
publication, the research article should not be submitted to any other conference or journal.
Peer Review Policy
- The conference primarily focuses on publishing preliminary research findings, rather than fully
completed research work that may be considered for journal publications.
- All submitted articles will undergo a standard double-blind peer-review process conducted by
experienced and qualified reviewers.
- Conference papers are expected to make a meaningful research contribution, either by introducing a
novel methodology or providing a comprehensive analysis and unique comparison of existing research.
- Each manuscript is reviewed by three to four reviewers, and a paper is recommended for acceptance if
at least two reviewers approve it.
Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism can have substantial legal and ethical consequences for the proposed author. The use of
existing/published author's language, including their research flow/process, data, results/phrasing, and
phrasing without citation of the source research piece, will be considered an unacceptable and
inadmissible breach of their professional conduct at the conference.
